Winhurst Recruitment is 10 years old this year and how my business started is very different to how it is now. For a few reasons really; the world has changed immeasurably in recent years, I have changed and I want to continue to keep learning, and what people need has also changed. So you cannot stay the same, you have to keep moving forward and who doesn’t love a good pivot! (those that know, know!)

When you are recruiting for your business, you HAVE to get the right person as well as the right skill-set. Making the wrong decision in recruitment can damage the team as well as the business and can take time as well as money to put right. When I recruit for your business, I care about your business as much as you do, having total confidence in every CV that I submit. We work collaboratively, on an exclusive basis so there is total commitment to the process from both of us.

Most people ask how this differs from the traditional Recruitment work I do. Put simply, it is offering a more flexible recruitment solution for your business. It can be for ongoing work, a one off project, full end to end Recruitment in a hands on role, or strategic planning as well as reviewing or putting processes in place.

Partnering up with Neazor Brady, we work in collaboration with candidates who have a Washington Accredited Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience who want to the whole experience of Recruitment, Immigration and Resettlement.

it's all about expertise, integrity & people

I LOVE the food industry. Having worked in the industry for 10 years (more if you include three summers working in a pea factory whilst at university!), and I love finding the right people for your company. But it’s not all about food, after 4 years of being solely food, the model I use to recruit is easily adaptable to other sectors and as a result I now work within Training Consultancy as well as Manufacturing, Import & Export, and other smaller businesses who want to work in partnership together with a recruiter.
