Project Coordinator, £25,000 Surrey

If so, we’d love to hear from you as our client is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join their business based in Surrey. This role can either be permanent OR if you want to work for a year and then go off exploring, there is an option for a 12 month contract.
Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
Proactive project management.
Resource coordination to manage events that the business runs, anything from printing handouts, expenses, artwork.
Supporting project delivery across the business, working as part of a team to deliver world class training to clients.
Track project costs to ensure budgets are met.
Produce Powerpoint presentations to an exceptionally high level.
So what background do you need to for the role of Project Coordinator?
Recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Event Management or Marketing.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to react quickly and calmly.
If you have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry that would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent IT skills particularly with PowerPoint and a great eye for what looks good visually.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional attention to detail.
Have the ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, as well as a great sense of humour.
And if you speak a foreign language, ideally German, then even better!
